Travel Sailo Terms & Conditions.

Travel Sailo Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For “NOW” bookings, the immediate cancellation of any trip already confirmed is as shown below (min. cost of trip means the least travel fare applicable on your assigned trip)

Travel Sailo reserves the right to review any cancelation charges at any point of time. You will be notified of any changes that may occur at least 48 hours from implementation

For “Pre-SCHEDULED” confirmed Trips, the cancellation fees will be as shown below:

Payments

SAILO PASSENGERS TRANSPORT BY SMART APPS maintains the TRAVEL SAILO APP and the website.

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and all transactions, disputes and claims are governed by the local laws of the UAE.

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this App shall be governed and construed in accordance with UAE law.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt. The amount charged to your card will reflect in your card’s currency.

We will not trade with or provide services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Minors (under the age of 18) are not permitted to register or transact on the App.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records, policies and rules of the TRAVEL SAILO APP.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Signed Packages cancellations

Cancellation of applied and signed of packages is not permitted. No refunds can be made from pre-signed packages.

How to cancel a ride?

Rider will be able to cancel the search preformed for nearby drivers after selecting the destination. Travel Sailo app is providing flexibility to both riders and drivers to cancel the ride until driver arrives the pick up spot mentioned by rider.
